SPA Canada sponsor the Montreal Vegan Festival
Montreal, October 31, 2020 – The Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) Canada is proud to support, once again, the Montreal Vegan Festival and dedicate the month of November to raise awareness for veganism.
2020 edition
Due to the current pandemic situation, this year’s edition of the Montreal Vegan Festival will be held online with free presentations from speakers on various vegan-related topics, including culinary demos.
The Montreal Vegan Festival is a non-profit organization that wishes to introduce veganism to everyone. This annual event highlights the advantages of a vegan lifestyle for animals, health, and environmental protection.
Veganism in the spotlight
Dominique Routhier, Acting General Manager and animal biologist of the SPA Canada, explains: “Becoming vegan is an action having the greatest positive impact to help animals!”
In addition to sponsoring the event, the SPA Canada dedicates the month of November to broadcast online information about veganism. Do not hesitate to reach out to them for any questions around veganism, whether you are new or veteran in the movement, or simply curious. A vegan organization involved in the defense of animals for several years, the SPA Canada is without a doubt a pioneer in the domain in Canada, which makes it a reference to advise the public on this topic as well as animal rights. You can also contact them by phone or email all year long!
Routhier says: “Whether it’s for ecological, health, or animal ethics reasons, becoming vegan is not a choice but a necessity for all!”
About SPA Canada:
SPA Canada is the largest national non-profit organization dedicated to the mission to promote the defense of animal rights through education and awareness.
