Gestionnaire des médias sociaux / Community Manager
The SPA Canada is looking for a community manager in order to implement and manage the organizations’ social communication strategy. Their role will be to develop different media in order to accentuate the association’s presence on the web, to create a community and to manage its content.
Apart from the following tasks, additional ones may also be asked:
Establish a strategy to develop our social media presence
Manage a content release schedule
Publish content (articles, images, more) linked to the SPA Canada’s interests on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram
Interact with people reacting to the content in order to increase visibility and leadership in the organization
Ensure to the quality and efficiency of published content on social media
Participate to the management of campaigns (eg. World Tofu Day) on social media
Implement surveillance indicators and follow trends, as well as write monthly reports on the evolution of activity while including recommendations.
REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Communications training, marketing or any related field
Relevant experience in social media management or communications.
REQUIRED TRAITS AND COMPETENCIES:
Be dynamic, autonomous, creative and organised
Have knowledge of the animal cause or be sensitive to the animal cause
Mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
